Great location, very comfortable with lots of amenities and parking. Comfortable beds. The host had warned us that the cleaning staff were running a bit behind but they didn’t even arrive until we did. The first three hours were spent wandering around waiting for them to finish. We were not able to unpack groceries or get settled. We were hosting friends and the check in being delayed was a poor welcome. The host was initially apologetic but didn’t offer any recompense or acknowledge that a little late was very different than they’re just arriving. The house does not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time although the cleaning lady who was there did her best ( it was her first time there and she knew we were waiting). The yard is overgrown and we had a difficult time seeing the address. I could not find the check in code in any of our correspondence and the host did not answer the request for one. The cleaning lady ended up providing it for us. If it wasn’t for the check in experience and having to wait around for hours after a long drive the stay would have been much better.

Beautiful property including the lighted walkway and bridge to the sandy beach on the river.Open kitchen, dining, living room great for large group.
